Fixed the test case in python.

Mutating the input object is a bad practice anyway so you have nobody but youself to blame at if things go wrong because of that.

Learn the good practices, people! Falsely putting blame on katas due to mutating the input is so cliche I'm tempted to make an automatic response to them now (just like some people do with the lack of random tests).

Looking at your last comment I assume this issue is resolved.

They probably won't fix it.

Avoid changing the original dictionaries to evade the test issues.

You've missunderstood, the key is not being repeated but only used once and after it you need to put the text of the message as seen in the example:

message: my secret code i want to secure
key: pa ssword myse c retc od eiwant
