The true and false returns are not needed to be hard coded because once the condition is met is going to return true automatically, same if is not met it will return false

It does work but in a professional setting you are not doing what you've been asked for in some ways lol

imagine if it asks for nano seconds or an unit even smaller, the top solution is better cause it won't be much of a problem to edit compared to this one
