As stated elsewhere, there's a bug in Codewars that prevents "preloaded" code during Example test cases. There are workarounds that you can do, but the kata will remain as is on the assumption that the bug will get fixed.
@TLM: I'm pretty sure that Azuaron was sarcastic. He's the kata author. Or he needs eggs. Your choice.
What kind of a jerk would put non-functional code in the description by leaving out the bits unnecessary for getting the point across? I say we egg his apartment/house/place of residence/vehicle.
Language agnostic means inspecific to languages: it can be implemented in any language, instead of being specific to one language.
The solutions' behaviour should be language agnostic. Read the specification again, and look through the examples.
