I just removed the random test because I don't know Ruby and I don't have time to fix the code. It should work now.

Do you mind checking the tests to confirm as I have both as Test.assertEquals(sillycase('brian'), 'briAN').
That is for the Python and JS versions.

I suppose as a 7kyu Kata that would be another nice hint.
