Added description about map and filter difference with Array ones and note about subscribe.

Not able to reproduce. In kata editor tests are always passing. Moreover I tried to submit my own solution and it worked also.

Since you have managed to solve the kata it is adequate enough. By saying something is inadequate do not encourage me to change something.
