    you can try to decrease your complexity, it will get pass the test.

    the primer question code may only pass half of test cases.

    you may have some problem like me.my error is about precision.
    you may pass some case,but some are error.
    when you compute 2 ** 0.5 , you should improve precision.
    for example, may a num is 10.0001 , it will become 9.9998,when you change float to int,
    it will be 9 instead of 10.
