Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

We should test for 12:30pm to return 'sunny'. Right now, we don't have a test for that, so something that returns 'raining' for that time would still pass, and it's very easy to miss that edge case.
To be more clear on my intent here: I set out to do this with no regex or loops, just pure recursion, as an exercise in improving my skills.
