For these inputs, the result should be false.

[2, 2, 3] when squared gives [4, 4, 9]. There's one too many four, and not enough nines.

Java, show fail test case while the input data should show true
int[] a= {2, 2, 3};
int[] b= {4, 9, 9};

the system expected the result to be false !!!!
