JS tests fall short of the kata spec (0 < n < 10e6), and also found for n = 2441400 the reference solution returns undefined instead of the expected triplet, though it works for some larger values.

Any hint? I can't find out how to tackle this.

Also fix "triple" in the examples, where everywhere else the term is "triplet".

Description should be language-agnostic. (Removal of pythagorean_triplet in the first paragraph)
