Sorry my bad, its in C#

the example removes only the smallest,
the example tests, anyhow, removes the first smallest integer array,
the Run test expects to remove all smallest integers,
am i supposed to remove the 'Smallest'? or the only first smallest integer?
i.e.
in Basic test
Tester(new List{1, 2, 3, 1, 1},new List{2, 3, 1, 1});
it fails and throws an error
