The code is too verbose. At least you should reduce it to a single return statement.

It works per the description of this kata. All arrays given are made up of the same number except for one entry. {1,1,1,2,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,1} wouldn't be given as an input.

it does not work correct. If we have {1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 1, 1} the answer is 2.0, your code will return 3.0

I had troubles with this one too. Actually, the "Zero" means you get a hive like this: new char[0][0] (in java)

I pass all test but I cannot pass the next one: zeroAndNull(Tests)
I return 0 but is not correct.
Can you tell me why 0 is not correct?
