Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Um, my quick answer would be that 0.00 means she won't need to use a taxi at all whereas "Won't make it!" means she won't make it to the train even if she uses the taxi all the way.
Can you explain me difference between returned value "0.00" and "Won't make it!"? I guess it's related with language features, not subject area. But i think, it does not make sence.
