I'll adding your suggested cases and update the description to be more specific/descriptive.

Edit: I've updated the test cases using the ones you provided and some more. I tested these examples on Twitter, so the results differ from yours.

For example:

• "too ##many tags" should return ["many"] -- I tried this on twitter and it will ignore the first hashtag and pickup the second as a keyword
