I ran the tests several times to check, but couldn't find a float being generated. Could you possibly elaborate on the issue you encountered?

Fixed it so that it should be generating a number between 1 and 1000 for both python and javascript.

It was inspired by the Lonely frog series by myjinxin2015. Although I couldn't find it done exactly this way.
Not quite sure of the rules of similar Kata.
