@B1ts How is tests are correct. On the instructions section where a demo input output has been shown, clearly mentions that output is 3.
The fact users keep asking the same Q over and over and over and over and over and over again, does imply the description could be improved.
Input in this test case is :(1000, 2.0, 50, 1214)
It is the same problem mentioned in the "instructions". The output should be 3 of course. I guess there is typo from authors end. He/She must have put "4" as expected output in the test.
I know one test case is failing and we get the error as "3 should equal 4".
