Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

First of all, your solution cannot find the answer all the time.
Lets say:
your solution ranks Iraq and then Korea, while it is not correct.
About the error, there might be some problem with random tests and your code, or it might be codewars servers problem.

The tests are there! It seems that CW has changed something in C# and nothing works anymore. Report at CW as a bug.
In C#, "run test" does not work .. output: No tests were provided
