For me round down is wrong it shuld be round up if you need to by purchase 166.66 bottles of wisky you have to buy 167 and not 166 or you will lose mony on your hollyday :)

I can not say its very clean , numbers[i + 1] becomes undefined at one point.
Is kindof dirty solition but works anyway.
That's O(n^2) in case there's the same length of elements in each array
