Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.
In Haskell, some matrices aren't even matrices. There are rows with different lengths.

Is another encode, and once that is approved, it is questionable to have another kata just for the decode. In addition, it isn't even the only one, this is another decode which has another cipher added on the decode function :

It is also a beta though, and also full of errors.
Needs random tests (this should be an issue).
Actual tests is completely different from sample tests.
It would be useful to have some simpler tests for the first few test cases.
