I wish you good luck, tried to update some Swift katas myself and it's a real pain. Each language update breaks more things, I guess they don't care about retrocompatibility at all.

It works for Swift 4 (4.0 I guess) too, the highest language version available in CW right now.

Right. "Partner" instead of "girlfriend" would be a quick and easy fix. Representation is important, espcially since software development is, statistically speaking, not very inclusive.
