C translation

Ruby translation kumited -- but please read the notes below.

Some notes:

• which languages does the "require(xxx) has been disabled" refer to? JS? PHP?
• in the python version import (= require) is not disabled (and it's hard to block it totally), so it's pretty easy for 6kyu
• my ruby translation is based on the python version, thus it is equally easy
• I could disable require in ruby, but that wouldn't be enough; I would have to disable the library, which I don't know how to do...
