I recommend you to do some study on the ternary operator and on arrow functions. This will help you I guess.
How about specific that what parts do you understand or what parts that you have trouble understanding then others can give a specific answer without guessing what knowledge you already have.

Do i have to explain what
?:is?=>? or...?If not then what seems to be magical?
