In the case of a and b being of equal length you say to treat a as the shorter, but then you treat a as the longer.
Please clarify.
You've stated in the problem write up that it returns a list. It returns an array.
Also what you were saying about arithemtic sequences up to n didn't make sense. You should clarify that.
Furthermore you provided no negative example in the instructions.
This kata is confusing because the instructions contain the following example:
input: {"Bilal"}
output: {"Hello,Bilal"}
There is an implied space between "Hello," and "Bilal" that doesn't seem to show in the instructions
