Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

As I said in the description, I'm not trying to use the incremental one, and actually advise against it. I guess, if I had to say, I'm trying to get a more clever approach - not necessarily optimized though, as it can just be fast from the beggining. I hope that solves your question.
I will make it 175ms, but I managed to solve it for around 80ms myself.
Also fixed; as well as fixed the non-randomness of the length of the random test cases.
