Because there were many translators and one of them added this requirement followed by some others... (At the end of this page you could read things about that). Sorry but I am almost out of CW (no more time to be really active), so I am unable from now on to modify anything! Cheers to an old Cwarrior!
This statement most likely meant that you get the expected result on attempt, and it has been removed since people seem to find it confusing.
