    That was confusing, thanks for the comment!

    Clarify that (x,y) means row y and column x in description. People may confuse the 2D coordinates (x,y) with 2D list indices [x,y] as done in some other languages like Julia. People could also confuse (x,y) with Cartesian 2D coordinates which generally have y increase upwards rather than downwards over the grid.

    @dch216

    • Well, Thanks Danley for notifying, Yep, the Last Note in the Condition Sections states that N is greater than 0 , So thanks Bro :relaxed:
    • Revised and Fixed :+1:

    Last sample case for Python is an invalid test. Given a bound of 1 and a divisor of 4, there is no N which meets the conditions (even though the notes state an answer should always be found). Furthermore, N = 0 shouldn't be allowed based on the last condition yet the test expects an answer of 0.

    Instructions are unclear in stating what non-alpha-numeric characters are acceptable as part of the address (i.e. '.' and '-'), which ones need to be replaced (i.e. '_'), and which ones should be deleted (e.g. ';', '$', extra whitespace, etc.).

    If the intention is to look at the examples to determine how non-alpha-numeric characters should be dealt with for the address, the description should state so explicitly in place of the current ambiguous statement parts of lines are cluttered with non-alpha-numeric characters (except inside phone number and name).
