Loading collection data...
Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.
Quite a challenging kata to learn something new.
I love how tenacious you are :)

I added one example with 5 steps.
It should be clear that in order to get from step 1 to 5, there should be at least 4 instructions.
from say step 2 to 5 or 1 to 4, there should be at least 3 instructions.
from 1 to 3, 2 to 4, 3 to 5, 2 instructions.
you get my point? The graphs that I made have multiple examples within that are "subarrays" of the example with most instructions.

Interesting mathematical coding challenge, congratulations.
Been sitting for a while now. Tried everything I knew, even lagranges and legendres theorems (iterative reduction too), which work perfectly fine, passes all cases but takes a lot of time. Im failing with the timeout. Tip for others: Do not try to bruteforce and avoid deep recursion, takes a lot of resource and time so not efficient.
Great solution!
Nice mathematical coding challenge.

is this cheating though? 🤨

Yes, you need a complete rewrite of the program. Your current solution solves a 6 kyu problem, not a 1 kyu problem. I suggest you read articles about this problem online or in your local library.
This is a well known problem in Math, I suggest you read literature about it. It's a math heavy task.
great, but I have to add a spoiler tag for hinting at ways to solving a purple kata.
