People just assume it is easy because the author made it easy. The author needed more test cases to test for edge cases.
Technically, most of the top solutions are not even correct, if they actually wanted to mimic the functionality of the original methods. Basically any that use bitwise operators.

I agree that it's not a 3kyu. But 6 is too low. I think around 4 or 5.
