Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Why do extra actions? That's not effective.
That looks pretty good. I don't think that it's clever to use set, but not a simple array of 26 elements.
It is a property of set container.
Here http://www.cplusplus.com/reference/set/set/ you could see that, internally, the elements in a set are always sorted.
But we have to return 2 for {2,1,1}, don't we?
