Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Issue resolved.
you can create your own test cases. Just found that out.
@edm2410, @parceval or moderator, please mark this issue as resolved. It is clearly not a kata issue, as the description examples clearly illustrate the expected behaviour.
Having this as "unresolved" issue is the only thing that prevents this kata from leaving beta phase.
This is of course intentional and I personally do not think it is inconsistent.
Consider this function as a way to create an unique identifier similar to previous one. If foo99 will turn to foo00, it will eventually create a non-unique identifier.
I will add an example with "9" case to the description.
Please mark this issue as resolved, this is not a bug.
I think it's natural. Just edge cases should be clarified.
You were not saying that this does not fufill the kata's requirements, you simply stated that there should be a particular test case, ie: a suggestion. That aside, there is no more need to discuss these topics.
Can't do anything about this once 500+ people complete the kata. Plus, this isn't an issue, this is a suggestion.
