I'd like to know how this solution accounted for tests for '1.2.3.4' where 2 identicial tests checked for 2 different results. First test checks for it to be False in another for it to be True.
This solution isn't handling it but tests pass nonetheless.

This reminds me of the time I used eval() and SyntaxError in my university's exercise to find if a string of parentheses are valid or not.

{[)()} -> not valid
