Yeah, you're right! I usually use the dot as string, "A.B" being the key. Nice catch! It's probably missing as a test case.
You would need to use some delimiter for your lookup keys as now you will overwrite some lookup values, for instance the key is the same for pair (101, 1) and (10,11).
really nice, only thing I would change is making a copy of array so it won't mutate the param - but that wasn't a requirement
