I guess nobody before you had this problem, and I also couldn't repeat it, so it will be hard to do anything without additional information.

I think it could be because of very small number of rolls, so instead of being from 1 to 5000, it's now from 50 to 5000. If the issue still isn't resolved, and you will still get this error, I will take a closer look.

I am being unable to modify the tests, when I try to run or publish I get this error

Server Execution Error:
Invalid Python Version: "python"

Request Error:

just change this line in the random tests:

string = f"{a}-{a}{choice('. |')*randint(1,3)}{a}-{a}"

to this:

string = f"{a}-{a}{choice('. |')*randint(1,3)*2}{a}-{a}"
#                     note the *2 here  -----^
