I'm having problems with the random tests for example
Test for:

Expected: equal to 168061929

so i find the two minimum value are 12488410 and 230800493
that the sum is 243288903

so I guess the kata is wrong?

well because the form of the serie 1/1 + 1/4 ... etc
it will never grow bigger than 9
