Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

I added them to various test cases as false because I don't believe that they are perfect numbers.
The banker says (in the description):

As a side note I didn't want to do a complicated kata nevertheless barely 10% of the submissions passed, so no need to complicate more!
BTW I think than a suggestion would have been more appropriate than an issue:-)

I agree, this is 7 kyu at best, but more like 8 kyu.
