I don't know what your code outputs for the right square. Maybe you consider this outside of the shape, but the problem will arise when another square will be added on this side of this square.

In all tests of random tests I've done there is alwaya at least a whitespace between two borders.
Can you show an example of invalid random test?

I had to reject it, sorry: there are shapes in the random tests where there are no whitespaces between two borders. Doing so, you're making the 1 kyu version obsolete.

Could you fix some minor issues (take a look at the fork by voile) with your headings.

Quotation of var $1 is mandatory. In the other case this script fails when file name contains spaces.
