Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

any reference of the game rules?
I don't understand the description of this exercise at all
This kata only focus on only one text - which is long enough to smooth frequency curve.
Counting frequencies may not solve all real edge cases, but it solves most of them - and certainly this kata too, which is utter simplified.
Although it is a very clever implementation for the idea, but it should not used in real world.
The idea, which is counting on frequencies of characters is not realistics for all cases.
There is no garantee , and actually it is highly possible that two or more characters have the same frequency.
