There seems to be an issue with the Description. It should say something more along the lines of:

You are given a total number of eggs available as the first argument, and the total number of people as the second argument. Each person gets an equal number of eggs, except when there is a surplus n, then the first n people get an extra egg.

You are given numbers of egg and maximum number of eggs an individual can have, share the eggs among N people
