Ruby solution boilerplate does not have method arguments.
You could try to make it a little harder.
For example, you could say that input may contain non alphanumeric characters, and that the function should remove these in order to return the correct output.
But it's a funny Kata!
I think the prompt is a too simple. Essentially only calls for concatenation and capitalization of strings, while not giving examples of concatenation in the prompt itself. The test given is the only indication of what concatenation is for a beginner.
Needs more test cases.
On failure tests need to show the input and expected output.
