I tried several solutions and they worked fine. Moreover 202 people passed the Golang kata so I am sure there are no bugs in the tests. Sorry.
I think you have a bug in your tests. When I tried to pass the test (random) it returned an error. Then I gave up and decided to try the code already passed KATA and They return the same error.
