Yes, but normally, a good kata idea is very new, and there are no katas quite like it in Codewars. Your idea is very similar to others, so it is considered a duplicate.

"It's going to be useful for noobs" doesn't justify low-quality/low-effort katas. And, if the idea was to use formatting, then you must enforce it, instead of hoping that people will do what you want.
