I am using c++ and I don't get how to make the answer round to the nearest decimal.

where do I read up on the std::string library?

Now my code is taking too much time, but my dumb brain can't find any other ways to be more efficient.

I passed the test examples, but when I do the real test, I think it glitches out. Somehow it adds on some of the answer to the example test at the end.
