Kyus are shared across languages and cannot be changed, so it's pointless to complain about that. If you are unhappy with some ratings, the best thing you can do is to get involved in beta validation process: https://docs.codewars.com/concepts/kata/beta-process/
Ranks of approved katas cannot be changed. Moreover, consider kyus are shared among all languages (currently more than 50 are available), and the difficulty can vary a lot depending on them, so the rank of a kata is indicative, don't expect it to be exact science.
