No, you will not.
After you solve a kata in one programming language, you earn points and unlock solutions in this language. You can view them, and study them, and you will lose no points.
But still you cannot see solutions in other languages. To view them, you need to solve the kata in another language, or you can use "unlock solutions" button. However, if you unlock solutions, you forfeit eligibility for any future points for this kata. It means that if you use "unlock solutions" button you keep points you've earned until now, but you won't get any points for this kata (for solutions, translations, anything) in the future.
