After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

to make sure my pattern is correct before it increments the count i make sure that the string.length() is equal to 0 by using replaceAll() method in valid characters but im wondering why it keeps error in the intiateRandTests where i got extra one count.

You should try to study more basics of C++ language its more complicated than the other High Level Languages i would recommend you to use Java,Pyhton or Javascript.
