It would be nice to have some random tests (to prevent hardcoding), and maybe shifting with very large values, or negative ones.

Include uppercase letters/strings as well as lowercase

C# version of this Kata is missing an int parameter (the shift).

1. Generally you should add random tests to prevent hardcoded solutions.
2. There are many Caesar Cypher-Katas on CodeWars. Maybe try to change this kata to a variation of the caesar cypher for making this kata unique. :-)
