Where did you see an evaporators which are evaporating some percents of a liquid which rests in a tank ?
Wtf?!!
Do you even understand that for percantage small enough your evaporator will work almost eternally ?

Author, teach yourself to think more about reality or do not connect your kata's to a real world situation.
