Look at it as if you are on a transparent roof and you are looking down into a room. A wants to move across the room in a straight line to reach B. The walls are at some distance away from this straight line. The distance is what you get in the input parameter of the kata. For each step A takes towards B, the walls W also move one step closer.

(You don't need to flag these questions as spoiler.)

The 'W' is just a visualisation, it is not part of the kata. You get an array of values like this [2,3], which means the north wall is 2 units away from the center of the room and the south wall 3 units.

Hi. Suggestions are suggestions of improvements to the kata itself. Not hints to the users intending to solve it (in general it's better to avoid to give them, though your one is very general and not problematic IMO; one can give small indications to answer a question from a user, but it's important not to spoil the kata either, it also needs to be evaluated depending on each kata, its rank, etc.).

The site is a primarily an English website. IMO it's not a problem to translate also into another language, this can help users whose English is not fluent, but as a complement (better write first in English, then in another language). There's not defined rule about that either. The problem is it may be hard to control. Who knows if you don't just give the solution to the kata in a language moderators and helpers don't understand?
