Very bad KATA in my opinion. Sorry, but you just have to spend a lot of time looking up why ROUND doesn't work properly and find workaround methods basically ... All the other parts of the exercise are real easy and then you have to spend hours with a malfunctioning ROUND. In my opinion this is only frustrating and even if you find a solution after a long time of googleing, you won't learn a lot of useful stuff from this ... definitely not beginner friendly, avoid this as it was the plague itself.

I think that there should be a stronger hint about the network/broadcast changing ... this kata was the most confusing for me on Codewars. And I tried to google for changing the IP addresses but no luck. The exercise seemed a lot more complicated to me than it actually is because of this little confusing detail.
