I second that the description is particularly bad. About units, they are useless and only try to indirectly convey information about the ratio between height and distance.

Redefining length units is not the way to pass arguments.

What you are doing is the same as defining a value to be 1 inch and then passing in the number of centimeters in an inch.

A span is 9 inches, a cubit is 18 inches. You are redefining reality in your kata.

• in the description, there is no interest to give the "table" version of the input/output. Just give the actual data structures.
