The conditions are confusing.
I have spent some time to find the correct logic in the order of patients seats. But then i red conditions one more time carefuly and understood that the solution is inside the condition.

You don't give any element to prove what you say. This kata has been solved more than 1200 times in JS and nobody pointed out any issue. I've just tried my old code and it works with no problem. You must do something bad. Maybe this can help you: Troubleshooting Your Solution.

JS random test does not works correct. I kindly ask you to fix the "random test" or remove this kata... thx...
